Which was crazy as I made £1000's of pounds monthly for other people and had no fears abut picking up the yellow pages (yes that's how we sold back in the day) and cold calling companies for hours on end, getting no's, phones slammed down and verbal abuse was the norm and I didn't give a shit i knew that if I kept making offers i would get people to say yes! And i worked for hardball recruiters one of my bosses would scream at us "call them until they buy or until they die!!! Seriously 🙈
I started my own recruitment consultancy business at the age of 21 and i sold like crazy
BUT
When i started THIS business the one of selling me deepest soul calling...
❌ I diluted who I was
❌ I avoided being visible in fear of being judged
❌ I shy'd away from selling
